Rishi Patel & Jay Patel
In 2017, a phone call between school friends Rishi and Jay sparked something bigger than nostalgia.
Rishi brought a background in Sales & Marketing, a passion for health & wellness, and his training from EDI Ahmedabad. Jay brought deep technical expertise as a Food Technologist with a Master's from AgroParisTech, Paris, plus a strong grip on finance and operations.
Together, they debated ideas and landed on one mission: building healthy snacking alternatives that don't force a trade-off between taste and wellness. That call became the foundation of the company.
